BUILDING A LOG CABIN FROM A KIT
To estimate the cost of a finished log cabin built from a kit, double the cost of the kit and then add some. By the time you are done, it will cost $60,000 to $70,000 to build a log cabin from a $30,000 kit - and that's if you do the work yourself.

HOT AND CLD
In the first 24 hours after a tissue injury, keep the injury site cool/cold. After 24 hours, put on warmth for 30 minutes and then cool for 15. The initial cold will control swelling and the hot-then-cold will increase the circulaiton through the injury site to promote recovery.
