KEEP MEETINGS TO LESS THAN 4HOURS
People can't absorb more then 4 hours, maximum, of a meeting. If there is more material then can be covered in 4 hours, break it up, give them material to review/do prior to the meeting or follow up reading. Itā€™s good to organize the meeting with your meeting objectives and what you want the people to retain as a result of the meeting; share this with them up front.

Building to code means that your project meets the minimum requirements for safety.
