2ND WIND
A 2nd wind does exist and it really is a level of endurance. We do get energized again, somehow. We have a psychological 2nd wind as well. Not many of us have taken advantage of this body resilience. It turns out we have a 3rd wind, etc.; extra levels of endurance (each subsequent one diminishing in length). So, when your pooped, and if you have pushed hard enough, you'll find that next wind.
