A HOME ON A BUSY ROAD IS LESS DESIRABLE
A home on a busy road is generally less desirable, worth less, and attracts fewer buyers than a home in a more secluded area. It's harder to get in and out of the driveway and to walk or bike in the immediate area among other things.
