DETERMINING YOUR FRAME SIZE
To determine the size of your frame, wrap a dollar bill around your wrist. If the ends of the bill touch, you have a small frame. If there's a finger's width or less between them, you have a medium frame. Anything more than a finger's width and you have a large frame.

RUNNING A HOTEL
Here's a formula for breaking even in the hotel business. Build a hotel by borrowing 80 percent of the construction cost at a 10 percent interest rate. Make sure the hotel averages a 60 percent occupancy rate. And charge $1 per room for every $1,000 per room in construction costs.

House and Home
PICKING A NEW PLACE TO LIVE
You can live happily in a new house or apartment if, on your first visit, you immediately can visualize yourself and your family engaged in your normal activities among your current possessions. If you have to stop and think about how you'd use each area or how your furniture would fit in the place, forget it.

CHECKING YOUR EXHAUST
Blue smoke from your exhaust may mean your car needs a complete engine overhaul. Black smoke usually means a maladjusted carburetor. White smoke: Ignore it if the engine is cold, but if it keeps up after the engine has warmed, you may have a leaking head gasket.
