RIGHT HAND RULE OF THUMB FOR SCREWING
Form right hand fist with thumb sticking out. Point thumb in the direction you wish the screw/bolt/nut etc to go. Turn screwdriver, wrench etc in the direction the fingers are pointing.

SEVERITY OF EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS
People seen in rural hospital emergency departments are much sicker than those seen in inner city hospital emergency facilities. The rural folk are too busy with work and life to seek a physician for minor problems.
