DIGITAL CAMERAS: 5 MEGAPIXELS ARE ENOUGH
5 Megapixels are enough for the average person for up to 8 x 10 prints. For creating large posters, get at least a 7 megapixel camera.

ENTRAPPING QUESTION
Never ask a child an entrapping question such as "Did you break the vase?", when you know they did; it can only compound the fault with lying.

DECIDING HOW MUCH TO EAT PER DAY
To maintain proper weight with a reasonable amount of exercise, a person should eat 10 calories per day per pound of body weight. For example, a 140 pound person should eat 140 x 10 = 1400 calories per day.

BODY LANGUAGE
When first meeting a girl, watch what she does with her hands. If she plays with her hair, she likes you. However; if she rubs her nose, forget about her,you don't stand a chance.

CHEMICAL TOXICITY FOR NONSCIENTISTS
If you don't know anything about a chemical's toxicity, count the syllables in the chemical's proper scientific name. The more syllables it has, the more toxic it is. If a chemical is abbreviated by letters (e.g., DDT, TCE, PCB) or an abbreviated or common name (e.g., perc, dioxin), it's probably very toxic and common. Any chemical with "chlor" in the name is much more toxic than a similar sounding chemical without it.
