A/C VS. OPEN WINDOWS - GAS MILEAGE
When traveling under 50 mph, it is more efficient to drive with the windows open than with A/C on. Above 50mph, it is more efficient (and comfortable and quiet) to drive with the A/C on. The drag is much worse with the windows open at higher speeds.

DID YOUR SUBJECT BLINK WITH FLASH
Next time you are taking photos of an individual or a group and someone says "I think I blinked", here's a sure fire way to know for sure. Anytime a flash goes off and a person closes their eyes they will see a spot. Ask the people to close their eyes and tell you what the color of the sport they see. If the spot is white they didn't blink. If the color of the spot is RED, then they blinked. This happens because the eyelid has many capillaries with blood flowing through it and it will render a red spot if the flash went through it.
