FALLING ASLEEP TO MUSIC
If you want to fall asleep with the stereo on, turn the volume down to a level that would be too quiet when you are awake. In less than five minutes, that level will feel comfortable, but if you're still awake in 15 minutes you may have to turn it down again.

Pain and suffering awards start at three times the cost of the therapy. Rib injuries--though agonizing--do not offer a good return because tape and pain-killers cost little. Back injuries are better because they cost so much money to treat.
