To avoid speeding tickets, stay one-tenth mile behind a speeding car and watch for that car's brake lights. He either has a radar detector and will slow down well in advance or is just speeding and will get the ticket, not you.

When playing ice hockey, if you are going in on the goalie 2 on 0 and your partner passes the puck across in front of the net - shoot high because the goalie will be sliding across the bottom of the net.

When playing ice hockey, if you have a break away or a penalty shot, watch where the goalie plays. If s/he comes out of the net, then you should deke with the puck. If the goalie stays in the net then take your best shot before you get in too close to the net.
