COOKING SHRIMP
Don't let them boil. Bring the water to a boil, drop the shrimp in and turn off the burner when small bubbles start to break the surface of the water. Then just let them sit 3-7 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp. They'll be firm, sweet and never overcooked.
