MEAT FROM THE OVEN
When removd from an over, the internal temperature of beef wil increase by approximately 5 degrees (F), pork will increase by 3-5 degrees (F) and chicken will increase by 3-5 degrees as well. Fish will DECREASE by 5 degrees almost immediately unless sauced or coated.

BUILDING AN ENERGY EFFICIENT HOUSE
When building an energy efficient house in the northern hemisphere, build it on the north side of a east/west street. Put the garage on the west end to break the wind(we live in the prevailing westerly winds). This will put your large front windows facing south.
