PERFECT HEARTS FOR CAKES & VALENTINES
For cakes: For a one layer sheet cake: Bake standard box cake in **one** square pan & **one round** pan whose diameter is equal to the side of the square pan. When baked & cooled, cut circle-shaped layer in half. Place half-circles on two adjacent sides of the square. Voila! A nicely balanced, symmetrical heart... Ice & decorate. This works extremely well on bulletin boards, valentines, drawing programs which allow you to cut objects in half. etc.

SCENERY FROM A FREIGHT TRAIN
In built-up areas, the scenery from a freight train will show the worst of a city or town. But, from a freight train, you can often see a better view of natural areas than from an automobile. And you can see much more of nature from any train than a jet.
