Temperature
THE QUICK RULE OF TEMPERATURE CONVERSION
To quickly convert Centigrade to Fahrenheit, double the temperature and add 30. Thus 10C is 50F and 20C is 70F. To convert from F to C, you subtract 30 from the F value and divide by 2. The exact formula is F= 9/5 C + 32.

MIND TOO ACTIVE TO GET TO SLEEP
If your mind is racing and you can't get to sleep, concentrate on your breathing (normal breathing) and you'll bore yourself to sleep. If your mind reverts back during the process, forgive yourself and get back to your concentration.
