When you're doing estimates, pause to think about how you're feeling. If you're harried and overworked, you'll tend to overestimate effort. If you're calm and not rushed, you may underestimate.

FINDING A GOOD DOCTOR
To find a good doctor, look for one with a long residency in a hospital affiliated with a medical school. The worst doctors are those with a short residency in a non-AMA approved program.
