POTS & PAN SETS
Never buy a "set" of pots or pans, no matter how great the price seems. Manufacturers always include 1 or 2 sizes that they can't sell and you will never use. Decide what sizes you need and just buy those.

Body Language
WATCHING A YACHT RACE
Body English reveals a lot about a yacht racing tactician. When you see a tactician with his hands in his pockets, he's relaxed and comfortable with the way the race is going. When you see him with his hands folded across his chest, he's a little bit concerned. When his hands go on his hips, he's getting worried.
Gary Jobsen, yacht racing tactician and 12 meter specialist, ESPN America's Cup coverage
