AN OUTSIDE CORNER LOT = NO BACK YARD
Unless you don't use or need a back yard with some priviacy, don't buy an outside corner lot. You have two street yards (front and side) and will have to do something to create backyard priviacy. There are more considerations with this kind of lot such as headlights passing through your house, etc..

PROBLEM SOLVING IN MUSIC
To master difficult spots in music, change whatever you have to in a passage to make it easily playable (tempo, dynamics, articulation, register, etc.) and then gradually change it back until you eventually arrive at the original version.

MEASURING WATTAGE OF YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN
If a cup of ice-cold water in a glass boils in less than 2 minutes, your oven is 1000 watts or more. If it boils in 2,5 minutes, it's 800 watts or more. If water boils in 3 minutes, it is an average wattage oven 650 to 700 approx. If it boils in more than 3 minutes, it is a low wattage oven, 300 to 500 watts.

HOTEL ROOM BED
When staying in a hotel use the side of bed that does not have the phone. The mattress will be firmer and less used.
